Later renamed to the English translation "The Demon's Farm", La Ferme' de Demons is a dark saison from Corvallis brewery 
Block 15.
Dark ale matured in 47% pinot noir barrels, 43% bourbon barrels, & 10% Oregon oak barrels with Oregon cherries.
Interesting.  There's a yeasty saison base, but similarities between this beer and a "traditional" saison pretty much end there.  Oakiness, some pinot characteristics, and a lot of tart cherry flavor combine with a medium body and dry finish.
