I'm not the hugest wheat beer fan, so I was skeptical about this one. "Schwarz Weizen"? That translates to something akin to "black wheat", right? What's that going to taste like? Well, as it turns out, it's fantastic! There's very little trace of the sour, yeasty flavors typically associated with a hefeweizen, but there is still a great wheaty taste present. Smooth body. Dark, rich and roasty. An incredible combination, pick this one up if you can!
