This beer is a well-balanced hop lover's dream. We crated it so you can toast to the peaks of life and relax in a valley full of hops. Be the stream. Sound good? Yes. Taste good? Oh yeah!
My choice for a "go-to" Oregon IPA has changed a few times over the last few years.
Workhorse held the title for a long time, but it seems to me like something's changed in the recipe since brewer Chad Kennedy left Laurelwood in 2011. Since then, many new breweries have stepped up and brewed delicious offerings, and the position has been filled throughout the years by many. Notable repeat offenders? Boneyard's RPM (tap) and
Gigantic's IPA (bottled) never fail to impress. And now, no doubt helped by it's availability
in cans, new Bend brewery GoodLife's Descender IPA has been finding it's way into my fridge and cooler all summer long.
Supremely bitter, yet creamy and delicious. IN CANS! Yum.
