This Belgian-style amber ale under went two weeks of fermentation before being transferred into wooden barrels. We added Oregon raspberries and then two years of waiting began.
Pours cloudy pinkish-red with a soft, fluffy head which dissipated quickly. Nice fruity nose. Fizzy body. Tastes tart with sweet malts, some raspberry. Tangy. Has a sour, malty finish that I found a little unappealing, but a delightful beer nonetheless.
