Ahh, the Believer, a Ninkasi classic! This wasn't my first taste, but I've had some past trouble getting a "decent" picture, thus it's place waaay up at #215. Pours dark copper with a tan head. Sweet, malty nose with some hops. Smooth caramel taste with some grapefruit hops bitterness. Not a hop-bomb by any means, but the bitterness does help balance out the sweet malts. Dry finish. Good!
