Pours deep, dark brown with a small amount of frothy beige head. Smells roasty and chocolatey. Taste is very smooth, very chocolatey, and very good! Milky, malty, roasty... everything that a good chocolate porter should be. Despite the IBU (40), which I pulled off of the Three Creeks website, this is definitely not a hoppy porter at all. Well-balanced, smooth... yummm. Would buy again.
