Sweet, kind of creamy, definitely smooth, and a little hoppy. Pretty damn tasty! Not as light and full-on creamy as Alameda's Bad Bunny, but I enjoyed the liveliness that came along with the extra hops in Rooster's. A nice "in-between" for those folks like me who love IPAs but grow a bit weary of super-sticky hops resin in 90-degree heat. Plenty more flavor than a pils, and more refreshing than a lager! Sweet. Coalition has some really sharp label designs -- Rooster's, especially. Probably one of my favorite Oregon labels out there right now.
