Pours a clear golden-orange. Not much head. Taste is sweet on the nose, with a light, dry finish. Toasty banana and faint clove flavors. A little spicy, but mostly it's very crisp, clean, and smooth. This is a German-style hefeweizen, so it is not nearly as "wheaty" as most; instead you get more of a toasty cereal flavor. Well-balanced and quite enjoyable!
