Hop-potamus? Hoppopotamus? Nope, Hoppopatamus! Huh? What's that? Despite the weird name (or weird spelling), this beer was pretty awesome. I made it out to both the Sisters and Hood River fresh hop festivals this year, and this bottle tasted as good as anything I had on tap. Fresh, piney Cascade hop aroma and taste. Yum!
