The Fresh Hop Festival in Sisters, OR is one of my absolute favorite beer festivals. The Sisters wilderness area has tons of great camping spots, and fresh hop beers are delicious, so this is something that I look forward to attending every year. I picked up this bottle of Cone Lick'r during a provisions run at a grocery store in Sisters and was excited to have a bottled fresh hop beer brewed in the town that hosts my favorite fresh hop festival. Unfortunately, Cone Lick'r ended up being kind of a disappointment. Thin and watery taste and mouthfeel. Not much taste of hops at all -- this beer tasted to me like a blonde ale with a tiiiiny hint of bitter hops. Really weak, especially when compared to other fresh hop offerings this year (Double Mountain, specifically).
