Tasting Notes
Things that I loved about the Coalition Two Dogs IPA:
  • The bold, clean, amazingly-designed bottle label
  • Nice big fluffy head, reeks of hops
  • It's a pretty damned decent IPA to drink while playing cornhole in the kickass outdoor area adjacent to their pub
  • Goes well with grilled cheese
On tap, Two Dogs is a perfectly nice, piney, sessionable IPA. Out of a bottle, though, I found it to be a bit more on the "average" side of Oregon-made IPAs. Good, but not spectacular. That said, I'm excited to see that Coalition, one of my neighborhood breweries, has decided to jump into the bottling-game! Absolutely love the labels, and looking forward to trying their other releases soon.
