Smoky coffee flavor, with a little bit of a sweet-but-bitter dark chocolate taste. Big malts. Medium bitterness. This is good! It's reasonably smooth and very drinkable. Full Sail recommends cellaring it; I may have to pick up another bottle to see how the flavors develop and compare against a few older Top Sails I've got stashed away. To be continued!
