Full disclosure: I received this bottle for free from Paul Long after I wrote to him regarding a bad bottle of porter I'd bought at Pastaworks. Sweet. Light body, lightly malted. Crisp, sweet finish. One of the best blondes I've had. That was the entirely of my tasting notes. Admittedly, I don't have a ton of history with blonde ales because I haven't found it to be an especially interesting style. While Long Brewing's offering hasn't exactly broken the mold, it did have a much more complex flavor profile than any others I've tried. I liked it.
