Fizzy, obviously. Smells very strongly of strawberry. Not exactly "tart", though not incredibly sweet, either. The strawberry flavor is rich and earthy, very complex. A bit of a caramely malt backbone, which was kind of weird. I liked this, but I didn't love it -- I much preferred the framboise style of last year's raspberry Stumptown Tart. I recall it having a bit more of a tarty "bite" last year too, though I didn't take very good notes so I can't say for sure.
