Pours cloudy orange with a big, beautiful frothy head that seems to accompany most of the Upright bottles I've had. Smells floral with a bit of a sour, yeasty funk. Taste doesn't follow the aroma, strangely. Not very floral at all -- spicy and herbal with a tiny bit of brett. Crisp. Surprisingly dry finish. The herbal flavors made this feel like it wasn't really a saison... good, but quite different.
